About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Japanese Language Trainer to join our Bangalore team. The trainer will be responsible for training students from beginner level up to JLPT N3, preparing them for Japanese language proficiency and future employment opportunities in Japan.

The ideal candidate must have JLPT N2 or N1 certification and strong teaching experience, with the ability to build students' Japanese language skills progressively from the fundamentals to N3 level.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct structured Japanese language training from beginner level to JLPT N3.
- Develop lesson plans covering Grammar, Vocabulary, Kanji, Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking.
- Prepare students for JLPT N5, N4, and N3 examinations.
- Conduct regular tests, mock exams, assessments, and performance reviews.
- Track individual student progress and provide feedback and additional support where required.
- Develop study materials, assignments, practice exercises, and learning resources.
- Focus on improving students' conversational Japanese and practical communication skills.
- Train students in Japanese workplace communication, etiquette, and basic cultural understanding.
- Identify students who require additional attention and provide remedial training.
- Maintain attendance, performance, and progress records.




- Coordinate with the counselling and operations teams regarding student progress and requirements.
- Create an engaging, disciplined, and positive classroom environment.

Requirements

- JLPT N2 or N1 certification is mandatory.
- 1–5 years of experience as a Japanese Language Trainer/Teacher.
- Experience teaching students up to N3 level.
- Solid command of Japanese language and good communication skills in English/Hindi.
- Experience with JLPT preparation is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Japanese grammar, vocabulary, Kanji, and sentence structures.
- Excellent classroom management and presentation skills.
- Ability to teach students with different learning abilities and backgrounds.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing students.
