Role Summary In the role of Ivaua Manager, the ideal candidate will oversee the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions at ARA's Client. They will lead teams through design and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the Ivalua technical SME, leading end-to-end Ivalua SI implementation and AMS programs.
- Provide solution architecture expertise across Source-to-Pay processes of Ivalua modules.
- Establish and enforce development best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and deployment.
- Manage risks, escalations, and dependency resolution.
- Engage in solution design, build, testing, cutover, hypercare, and transition to support.
- Ensure compliance with delivery standards and PMO governance.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Proficiency in Ivalua with Delivery/Implementation Certification - L1/L2/L3.
- Solid experience in software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience in managing software development teams through complex project lifecycles.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges impacting multiple teams.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques in software solutions.

Nice to Have

- Strong expertise in S2P/P2P processes.
- Deep expertise in integrations, middleware, APIs, ETLs, and ERP ecosystems.
- 5+ years in Ivalua program delivery.
