Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, Python, and REST APIs.

- Build scalable and resilient microservices and distributed applications following HLD/LLD and software engineering best practices.

- Develop production-grade Python applications, automation, APIs, and AI/LLM integrations.

- Develop and integrate AI-powered solutions using frameworks/tools such as LangChain, Spring AI, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent.

- Use AI-assisted development tools for code generation, unit-test creation, debugging, refactoring, and documentation, while validating AI-generated outputs for correctness, security, and performance.

- Contribute to Full Stack development using React, Angular, or equivalent frontend technologies.

- Design and develop database solutions using SQL, stored procedures, views, indexing, and query optimization.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent tools.

- Develop secure applications with appropriate authentication, authorization, data protection, and secure API practices.

- Implement resiliency patterns such as retry, circuit breaker, fault tolerance, scalability, and high availability.

- Work with AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent cloud platforms for application deployment and operations.

- Participate in the complete SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and incident/RCA activities.

- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Follow Responsible AI practices, including protection of sensitive data, secure handling of AI inputs/outputs,



validation of AI-generated results, and safe enterprise usage of AI tools.

- Support and guide team members on effective and responsible AI-assisted software development.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 37 years of hands-on software engineering experience in a large enterprise/corporate environment.

- Solid Java 8+ / Spring Boot / REST API / Microservices development experience.

- Minimum 2+ years of production-grade Python development experience.

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on AI frameworks/tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, Spring AI, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, OpenAI APIs, or equivalent.

- Strong Full Stack experience with React, Angular, or equivalent.

- Strong knowledge of SQL, stored procedures, views, database optimization, and relational databases.

- Experience with CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP.

- Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, scalability, resiliency, security, and production operations.

- Experience working with enterprise-scale applications and complex production environments.

- Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI coding assistants for development, testing, troubleshooting, refactoring, and documentation.

- Ability to critically evaluate and validate AI-generated code and outputs for correctness, performance, security, and reliability.

- Strong understanding of Responsible AI, data privacy, secure AI usage, and AI governance.

- Banking, Payments, CIB, FinTech, or highly regulated financial-services experience is highly preferred.

- Exposure to ML/AI platforms, RAG, LLM applications, agentic AI, or data platforms is an advantage.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and ownership skills.
