Role & responsibilities

1.Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi, Networking, LAN/WAN and TCP/IP

2.Basic knowledge of IP Address, DHCP, DNS and NAT

3.Router configuration: Configure common routers/ONTs and change SSID, password, channels, DHCP, etc.

4.Wi-Fi troubleshooting: Diagnose slow speed, weak signal, disconnections, interference, and no-internet problems.

5.Cabling: CAT5e/CAT6 cable installation, RJ45 termination, cable testing and basic fiber knowledge

1. Site survey: Identify positive AP locations, coverage problems and interference.
2. Electrical/safety: Basic UPS, power and earthing checks and safe work practices.
3. Customer handling: Explain the problem to customers, complete service reports and maintain installation records.





Preferred candidate profile We are looking for a hardworking, technically inclined and field-oriented candidate who is willing to learn fiber/telecom infrastructure work and grow with the company.
