We are looking for a skilled

Industrial Electrician to join our assembly and wiring team. In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-on execution of electrical wiring for our power panels and systems. You will work closely with production engineers to translate electrical schematics into neatly organized, functional, and safe industrial units.

Key Responsibilities

- Panel Wiring: Perform point-to-point wiring of industrial control panels, ensuring neatness and logical routing of cables.

- Component Mounting: Install and mount electrical components such as circuit breakers (MCBs/MCCBs), contactors, transformers, thyristors, and busbars according to layout drawings.

- Soldering & Crimping: Execute precise soldering on PCBs and high-quality crimping of lugs and connectors to ensure reliable electrical contact.

- Continuity Testing: Use multimeters and continuity testers to verify wiring accuracy and identify any short circuits or faults before the unit moves to high-voltage testing.

- Maintenance & Repair: Assist in the maintenance of shop-floor machinery and provide support for equipment troubleshooting during the assembly process.

- Safety Adherence:



Strictly follow industrial safety protocols, including proper grounding (earthing) procedures and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Qualifications & Skills

- Education

ITI Certification in Electrician or Wireman trade. A Diploma in Electrical Engineering is also welcome.

- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams and wiring schedules.

- Hands-on experience with hand tools (crimping tools, wire strippers, soldering irons, and drills).

- Familiarity with different wire gauges, color codes, and ferrule labeling.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to work on the shop floor and handle electrical equipment and heavy-duty cabling.

- Attention to Detail: Precision in wiring is critical to the safety and longevity of our products.
