About the Role

AISECT DDUKK Hazaribagh is looking for a skilled and experienced IT Trainer to provide classroom and practical training to candidates enrolled under skill development programs.

The ideal candidate should have advanced knowledge of MS Office, Tally and Typing, along with prior teaching/training experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical sessions on computer applications and IT skills.
- Provide advanced training in:
- MS Word – document creation, formatting, tables, mail merge, etc.
- MS Excel – formulas, functions, data management, charts, basic data analysis and reporting.
- MS PowerPoint – presentations, formatting and professional presentation techniques.
- Tally – company creation, ledger management, vouchers, accounting transactions, GST and basic financial reports.
- Typing – English and Hindi typing, speed improvement and accuracy.
- Basic computer operations, internet, email and digital workplace tools.
- Prepare practical exercises, assignments and assessments for trainees.
- Conduct regular tests and evaluate trainee performance.
- Provide individual support to trainees who require additional assistance.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records and other project-related documentation.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of computer lab systems.
- Coordinate with center management and the placement team for trainee readiness.
- Deliver training as per the prescribed curriculum and project guidelines.

Eligibility & Experience




- Graduate/Diploma in Computer Applications, IT, Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching/training experience preferred.
- Advanced practical knowledge of MS Office, Tally and Typing is mandatory.
- Good command of English and Hindi communication.
- Strong classroom management and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct both theoretical and practical sessions effectively.

Preferred Candidate Profile Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have prior experience as an IT/Computer Trainer.
- Have teaching/training experience in Government Skill Development Projects.
- Have experience working on JSDMS or similar skill development projects.
- Possess strong practical knowledge of Advanced MS Excel and Tally with GST.
- Have positive English/Hindi typing speed and accuracy.
- Can independently manage a computer lab and trainee batch.
