We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT Technician to support the day-to-day technology operations of our wellness and healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and troubleshoot computers, printers, Wi-Fi networks, CCTV systems, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.

- Provide technical support to doctors, nurses, office staff, and management.

- Install and update software, antivirus, and system security tools.

- Maintain patient data systems, backups, and basic network security.

- Support online meetings, digital marketing activities, and website/social media technical requirements.

- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware and software maintenance when required.

- Ensure smooth functioning of the internet, communication, and digital record systems.

Requirements





- Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Hardware, Networking, or related field.

- Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, CCTV, and software troubleshooting.

- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in hospital, wellness, or office IT support is preferred.

- Ability to work responsibly and respond quickly to technical issues.
