IT Support Executive

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Work Mode: On-site

Joining: Immediate Joiner

Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with good technical knowledge can also apply)

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day IT and desktop support to employees.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops/laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals .
- Configure and troubleshoot official email accounts on Outlook and other email applications.
- Provide support for Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Troubleshoot basic network, internet, Wi-Fi, LAN, and connectivity-related issues .
- Provide remote IT support to employees working from different locations.
- Maintain and update the IT asset register , including laptops, desktops, accessories, and other equipment.
- Handle IT asset allocation, handover, recovery, and basic tracking .
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective, including system and email setup.
- Install and configure required software and applications.
- Maintain proper records of IT issues, assets,



and support activities.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers whenever required.
- Ensure systems are properly updated and basic IT security practices are followed.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop troubleshooting .
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 .
- Knowledge of Outlook and email configuration/troubleshooting .
- Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, IP, DNS, and networking .
- Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting .
- Understanding of IT asset management .
- Ability to provide remote support and troubleshoot issues independently .
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and handle different IT-related requirements.

Education
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Candidates with relevant technical knowledge and practical skills may also be considered.
