We are looking for an experienced US IT Staffing Account Manager with strong experience in managing US IT staffing clients, client relationships, and recruitment delivery.

Candidates with prior Zensar client/account management experience will be highly preferred. Experience with Tech Mahindra, Coforge, or other reputed IT services clients will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with US IT staffing clients.
- Handle client requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams for timely closures.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the recruitment/delivery team.
- Understand client requirements, hiring priorities, and submission processes.
- Coordinate with recruiters to ensure quality and timely candidate submissions.
- Follow up on submissions, interviews, selections, offers, and closures.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and other commercial requirements.




- Monitor account performance and recruitment metrics.
- Resolve client concerns and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Support business development and identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Work closely with leadership to achieve revenue and business targets.

Required Skills
- 5–10 years of experience in US IT Staffing / Account Management.
- Strong experience in US IT client management and staffing operations.
- Zensar client/account management experience is highly preferred.
- Candidates with Tech Mahindra or Coforge client experience will also be preferred.
- Strong understanding of the US IT staffing lifecycle.
- Excellent client communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Experience managing multiple client requirements and recruitment teams.
- Strong business development and account-growth skills.
- Ability to work in US shifts / night shifts.
