We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Sales Executives to join our growing team. This is an Inside Sales role where you will be responsible for selling server solutions to potential customers through phone calls. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and are passionate about building a career in sales, we'd love to hear from you.
Note: This is not a field sales role. All sales activities will be conducted from the office through calls and online communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers through outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable server solutions.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits in a clear and professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers and address their queries.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into successful sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.
- Stay updated on the company's products and industry trends.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Sales will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Quick learner with a willingness to understand technical products.
