Key Responsibilities
- Understand technical & C2H requirements from hiring managers.
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and references.
- Screen resumes and conducts initial discussions.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up on feedback.
- Handle offer rollout and joining coordination.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
Requirements
- 0.6 to 3 years of experience in IT/technical & C2H recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT skills and roles.
- Strong communication.
- Ability to work on multiple positions in a quick-paced setup.
- Knowledge of job portals.
