Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years of Full time IT Recruitment Experience

- About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates for various IT positions across different technologies and experience levels for Pan-India hiring .

- Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT positions across India.
- Source candidates through Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, references, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and role requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
- Coordinate interview rounds and candidate feedback with clients and internal teams.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.




- Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months–2 years of full-time IT recruitment experience .
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skill requirements.
- Experience in FTE, C2H, and C2C hiring .
- Hands-on experience with Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- HR internship experience alone is not sufficient; full-time IT recruitment experience is mandatory.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates comfortable working from the office in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur .
- Candidates experienced in handling multiple IT technologies and Pan-India requirements will be preferred.
