Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified IT professionals across various technology domains. The recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and job requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and organizational requirements.
- Negotiate salary, benefits, and employment terms with selected candidates.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, employment laws, and recruitment best practices.
- Generate and share recruitment reports, hiring metrics,



and recruitment status updates with stakeholders.
- Promote employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events and job fairs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience
- 2-8 years of experience in IT recruitment, technical recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Experience hiring for technologies such as:
- Software Development (.NET, Java, Python, React, Angular)
- Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)

- Data Engineering and Analytics
- DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering

- Cybersecurity

- Infrastructure and Network Management

- ERP/CRM Platforms

Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for niche technology skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and hiring metrics.
- Certification in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruitment is a plus.
