- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

- Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records.

- Support salary negotiation, offer coordination, and joining formalities.

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
