Location: Remote / Work From Home

Experience Required: 2 -4 Years in IT Recruitment

Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract

Shift Timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday Saturday

Weekends: 2nd & 4th Saturdays are OFF

Compensation: Up to 30000 per month (Commensurate with experience & skills acquired)

Job Summary

Hiring Squad is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team and manage end-to-end recruitment for niche technology roles. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing and closing candidates for specialized IT domains such as Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Cyber Security, IAM, and Enterprise Applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for mid to senior-level technology roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and professional networks.
- Screen candidates to assess technical skills, experience, and role fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews.
- Maintain strong candidate engagement and communication throughout the hiring process.
- Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and onboarding coordination.




- Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate records.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for niche technology roles.

Technology Hiring Experience Required

Candidates should have experience hiring for one or more of the following technology areas:

• Cloud: AWS, Azure

• DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform

• IAM: SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk

• AI / ML: Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists

• Cyber Security: Security Engineers, SOC, GRC

• Enterprise Applications:

o SAP o Oracle o Workday o Salesforce

Required Skills:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- Strong expertise in sourcing and headhunting IT professionals
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote / work-from-home environment
- Valuable understanding of technology stacks and IT roles
