We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our HR team and manage end-to-end hiring for technology roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across various IT skill sets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Manage candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
