Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to support hiring requirements for our APAC/US clients. The candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for preferably in IT, infrastructure support, desktop support, field support, and managed services hiring. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates as per client requirements and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for APAC / US requirements.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal database, referrals, and staffing networks.
- Screen candidates based on technical fit, experience, location, availability, rate/salary, and client requirements.
- Work closely with delivery/account teams to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Support hiring for roles such as Desktop Support, Field Support, Service Desk, IT Support, Network Support, and related technical positions.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, documentation, offer follow-ups, and on-boarding activities.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker with accurate status updates.
- Support background verification, compliance documents, and client on-boarding requirements.




- Ensure quick turnaround time for submissions and closures.
- Maintain qualified communication with candidates, internal teams, and external partners.

Required Skills

* Minimum 1 - 3+ years of experience in APAC/US recruitment.
- Good understanding of APAC/US recruitment process and hiring life cycle.
- Experience working on IT support / infrastructure / desktop support / field support roles.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Monster, internal database, and referrals.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Good communication skills with ability to work with US-based candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in night shift aligned to North America business hours.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements with urgency and ownership.

Preferred Experience

* Experience supporting client accounts like DSS / Field Support / Service Desk hiring.
- Knowledge of APAC/US locations, work authorization, pay rates, on boarding, and compliance process.
- Experience working with recruitment trackers, ATS, and reporting dashboards.

Qualification

Bachelors degree in any discipline. MBA/HR qualification will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, comfortable working in US shift or APAC shift, and capable of managing recruitment requirements independently from sourcing to closure.
