Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team supporting hiring requirements The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in non-IT/engineering recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to manage the recruitment process independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location and salary expectations.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback and offer/joining follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Achieve individual recruitment targets and maintain good candidate experience.

Required Skills




- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in Non-IT / Engineering / Automotive / Manufacturing recruitment preferred.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Positive knowledge of job portals and recruitment processes.
- Candidates with experience handling bulk hiring or volume recruitment will be preferred.
