About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented IT & Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to sourcing and screening candidates and a strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, databases, and other channels .
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions to assess suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements
- 6 months – 2 year of experience in IT and/or Non-IT Recruitment.
- Good understanding of recruitment and sourcing processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good candidate-handling and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in using job portals and recruitment platforms.
