- Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, workstations, printers and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, hardware, software and basic LAN/network issues.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support within defined SLA.
- Handle installation, commissioning and preventive maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with OEMs for warranty and technical issues.
- Maintain service reports, tickets, asset records and customer documentation.
- Support basic networking, Active Directory, antivirus and endpoint security.
- Ensure timely resolution and closure of customer complaints.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Education
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience
- IT support L1 / L2 : 1 year (Preferred)
