Shift: 9 AM – 9 PM

Working: 6 Days a Week

Role: IT Infrastructure / Desktop Support

What You’ll Handle:

- Apple ecosystem – Mac, iPad & iPhone support and troubleshooting
- Desktop/Laptop support & end-user troubleshooting
- IT Asset Management & inventory
- LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi / Networking
- DNS & Firewall management
- IT infrastructure monitoring & troubleshooting
- Privacy, Security & Endpoint Security
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems
- Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and quick issue resolution





We’re Looking For Someone Who:

✔️ Has hands-on experience with Apple/Mac devices

✔️ Strong in Desktop & Infrastructure Support

✔️ Understands networking, DNS, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi & Firewall

✔️ Has experience in IT asset management

✔️ Has a good understanding of IT security & privacy

✔️ Is proactive, solution-oriented and comfortable handling multiple IT issues
