Key Responsibilities

1. On-site IT Infrastructure & Operation Management

- Take full charge of the daily operation, monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of on-site IT infrastructure, including local network (wired/wireless), servers, storage devices, security system, data center/server room environment, to eliminate potential risks and ensure 7*24 stable operation.
- Manage in office office and production IT equipment (computers, printers, scanners, industrial terminals, monitoring equipment, etc.), responsible for equipment deployment, debugging, asset registration, daily maintenance, fault repair and scrap management, and establish complete IT asset files.
- Monitor on-site network operation status, optimize network bandwidth allocation, solve network congestion, disconnection and other anomalies, ensure smooth network communication for office, production and external collaboration.

2. On-site System & Security IT Support

- Be responsible for the local deployment, operation maintenance and user support of endpoint OA software and security software.
- Provide one-stop IT technical support for all on-site staff, respond to employee IT fault reports and consultation demands in a timely manner, solve endpoint OA software, security software, hardware equipment, network and storage problems, and ensure high employee work efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors and group IT team to track and solve complex IT infrastructure system bugs, functional optimization and version upgrade problems.

3. IT Team Management & Daily Work Arrangement

- Lead the in office IT team, formulate daily work plans,



reasonably arrange team members’ work such as technical support, equipment maintenance and project coordination, and supervise the completion of work tasks.
- Train team members on professional skills, operation specifications and safety management, optimize teamwork processes, improve overall team service capability and work efficiency.
- Responsible for team daily performance assessment, work summary and problem analysis, put forward improvement plans for existing work deficiencies.

4. IT Security & Compliance Management

- Implement company IT security management specifications on site, handle endpoint system security patching.
- Standardize on-site IT operation behaviors, ensure all on-site IT work complies with company rules and industry compliance requirements.
- Handle internal audit and customer audit.

5. Project Coordination & IT Optimization Construction

- Cooperate with group IT to complete the implementation, docking and trial operation of various IT upgrading and transformation projects on site.
- Collect on-site business and production of IT demands, put forward reasonable IT optimization and construction suggestions, and promote the digital and intelligent upgrading of on-site work scenarios.
- Sort out and summarize daily IT operation data,



compile regular on-site IT operation reports, and feedback on work status and existing problems to the headquarters in a timely manner.

Job Requirements 1. Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering or related majors.
- 3-5 years of on-site IT operation and maintenance experience, with at least 2 years of team leadership experience; factory/enterprise site IT management experience is preferred.

2. Professional Skills

- Familiar with Windows/Linux client and server operation and maintenance, common office and production of business system operation and management, and able to independently solve various on-site IT faults.
- Master IT asset management, computer room operation and maintenance, and IT security management related knowledge and operation specifications.
- Have basic project coordination capability, able to efficiently dock with group teams and external vendors.

3. Comprehensive Competencies

- Good team management, communication and coordination ability, able to reasonably arrange teamwork and resolve internal and external coordination problems.
- Strong problem-solving ability and emergency response capability, able to quickly locate and handle sudden IT faults to reduce business impact.
- Strict work attitude, strong sense of responsibility and service awareness, able to adhere to on-site work standards and ensure standardized IT operation.
- Good English listening, speaking and reading ability (for international enterprise site priority).
