POSITION OVERVIEW

This position assumes the responsibility to manage Business Application Management Operation. Ensure delivery of availability and continuity of Business Application by the Application

Support Partners. Provide inputs to IT strategy and IT design to meet business requirement.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Governance of IT Application / Infrastructure Management:

- To manage and support overall IT Network Infrastructure and daily service desk operation,

administration and reporting.
- To manage, coordinate and monitor Application Support partner's Service level deliverables as

per SOW,
- To establish and transition processes/best practices ensuring availability of Business

Applications and achieve maximum uptime of users.
- Execute/Supervise / Monitor as applicable, backup, system tuning, patch upgrade, scheduled

activity, system/ application validation process adhering to industry best practices.
- Act as an escalation point of contact for the different vendors and users for Business Application





related issues.
- Surveillance and ensure adherence of licensing compliance of Application.

Quality Assurance:
- Surveillance and ensure adherence of licensing compliance by
- Responsible for establishing quality assurance standards, creating IT SOPs keeping in view of

regulatory compliance (21 CFR Part 11).

IT Project management

- Plan, Do Check and Act on the Task assigned.
- Issue & Risk analysis of the action items of the task assigned and its mitigation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and approval.

Data Protection Officer:
- Handle data protection queries
- Ensure data protection compliance within and Give recommendations
- Ensure data protection rights, obligations and responsibilities and raise awareness about them
- Monitoring Compliance with the GDPR
- Risk-Based Approach
