About the Role

Asian Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (ACE) is looking for an experienced IT & Digital Systems Executive with a strong combination of IT systems, SharePoint, Cloud AI, documentation, presentation and creative design skills.

The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage day-to-day IT requirements while providing high-quality support for professional reports, proposals, presentations and digital/creative materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365 platforms.
- Implement and utilize Cloud AI, ChatGPT and other AI productivity tools.
- Provide day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting and system coordination.
- Prepare and professionally format reports, proposals, business documents and technical documents.
- Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for management, clients and business development activities.
- Handle document formatting, layouts, tables, charts, images and PDF editing/conversion.
- Design company profiles, brochures, pamphlets, flyers and other promotional materials.
- Create and modify basic logos, templates, banners and other graphic materials.
- Maintain organized digital documentation and file management systems.
- Support different departments with their IT, digital, documentation and presentation requirements.
- Identify and introduce suitable AI/digital tools for improving office productivity and automation.

Required Skills
- 4–6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint / Microsoft 365.
- Practical knowledge of Cloud AI tools,



ChatGPT and AI-based productivity solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office / OpenOffice, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong PPT design and qualified document formatting skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CorelDRAW or similar graphic design tools.
- Good knowledge of PDF editing, conversion and digital document management.
- Basic to good knowledge of IT troubleshooting and system administration.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.

Qualification Bachelor's degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia, Graphic Design or a related field.

Candidates with a strong combination of IT + AI + documentation + presentation/design skills will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a multi-skilled IT professional who is not limited to technical support and can independently handle IT systems, SharePoint, AI tools, professional documentation, PPT presentations and basic graphic/creative work.
