Role & responsibilities

- Directing and managing Operations team and activities which aligned with the regulations and corporate values and goals

- Leadership, Direction and management to the Operations and Back Office team

- Company Incorporation and Regulatory compliance, Coordinate with consultants to incorporate the company under applicable laws.

- Banking and Financial Management

- Strong PHP skills with experience in Laravel or Yii, MySQL, Linux, and Nginx.

- Experience leading an IT/development team and managing system development, deployment, maintenance, and incident handling.

- Able to act as the main IT PIC for RBI inspections, audits, and regulatory queries, including preparing technical explanations, supporting documents, and corrective action plans.

- Knowledge of Go or Java is preferred.

- Responsible for ensuring IT systems, policies, SOPs, access controls, security measures, and technical documentation meet RBI and company compliance requirements.

- Directing and reviewing the on-going efforts to achieve the most effective Business strategy and method

- Communicating and engage with all stakeholders





- Monitoring Operations team activity and targets

- Standardized procedures and ensure they are complied with the regulations and documented

- Business Developing and New Ideas of Simply of Process
- collaborate with consultants and legal advisors to address disputes, Customer Service and Management

- Ensure the company's vision and policies are upheld in all activities

Preferred candidate profile

- Have a Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Management/Law or equivalent, Master Degree is preferred

- Minimum 5 years of IT/software development experience, preferably in NBFC, fintech, lending, or financial services. Proven track record of handling regulatory matters and liaising with government or banking authorities.

- Solid Interpersonal and Communication Skills

- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
