- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering

- Experience: 1 to 3 years in manufacturing quality (specifically motor assembly, rotating equipment, or heavy electrical component

- Monitor and control quality at various stages of motor manufacturing and assembly.

- Conduct in-process inspections as per control plans, work instructions, and quality standards.

- Inspect components such as stator, rotor, winding, shaft, bearings, and motor assembly.

- Identify defects, deviations, and process abnormalities and ensure timely corrective action.

- Use measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, and electrical testing equipment.

- Maintain inspection reports, rejection records, and quality documentation.

- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Process Engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
