- Develop and manage relationships with HNI/UHNI clients to understand their financial goals and investment needs
- Market, advise, and distribute a wide range of investment products including:
- In-house investment solutions
- Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Global PMS
- Fixed Income Products
- Private Market / Pre-IPO / Structured Deals
- Drive Revenue generation through cross-selling and upselling of investment products
- Provide strategic investment advice aligned with client risk profile and market outlook
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients through networking and referrals
- Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and product offerings
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of transactions
- Maintain high standards of compliance, documentation, and client servicing
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3–8 years of experience in Asset management, private banking, or financial advisory
- Solid understanding of capital markets and investment products (PMS, AIFs, Fixed Income, Global Investments, etc.)
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and advisory capabilities
