About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Wealth Management Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operational activities of our wealth management business. The candidate will work closely with Relationship Managers, clients, brokers, banks, custodians, and internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate processing of investment and client-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with client onboarding and KYC documentation, including collection and verification of required documents.
- Process and maintain records of client transactions, investments, redemptions, transfers, and withdrawals.
- Coordinate with brokers, banks, mutual fund platforms, custodians, and other service providers for transaction execution and settlement.
- Perform daily reconciliation of client portfolios, bank/custodian statements, transactions, and internal records.
- Track pending transactions and follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely closure.
- Assist in preparing client portfolio statements, transaction reports, MIS, and other operational reports.
- Maintain accurate client and investment-related data in internal systems/CRM.
- Support corporate actions, dividend/interest processing, and other investment-related activities.
- Assist the Relationship Management team with operational and client-service requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal processes,



compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify discrepancies/errors and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution.
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely completion of all operational activities.

Candidate Profile
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in wealth management, financial services, banking operations, investment operations, mutual funds, broking, or a related field.
- Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic office applications.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
- Basic understanding of mutual funds, equities, bonds, investments, and financial markets is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in KYC, transaction processing, reconciliation, or investment operations will be preferred.
