Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in gurgaon for an Investment Manager / Fund Manager – Category II AIF at Sentro Group. The role involves managing Category II Alternative Investment Funds, including portfolio construction, asset allocation, and ongoing performance monitoring.

The Investment

Manager / Fund Manager will evaluate investment opportunities, conduct detailed financial and risk analysis, and develop data-driven investment strategies aligned with fund objectives and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing investment memos, reports,



and presentations; tracking market trends and macroeconomic developments; and managing relationships with investors, advisors, and internal stakeholders. The role also requires ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations and internal policies, supporting fundraising activities, and contributing to the continuous improvement of investment processes and governance standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Investment Management and Investments, with experience handling portfolios and alternative investment funds.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and expertise in designing and implementing Investment Strategies.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge, including valuation, risk assessment, and understanding of capital markets.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent are highly beneficial.
- Experience with Category II AIFs, SEBI regulations, and fund operations in India is preferred.
- Ability to interpret complex financial information, make informed decisions under time constraints, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and capability to work collaboratively in a high-performance, on-site environment.
