We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Analyst Intern to join our investment team. The ideal candidate should have an academic background in Finance, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.

The intern will support the team in financial data collection, market research, financial analysis, Excel-based reporting, dashboard preparation, and investment research. This role will provide hands-on exposure to financial markets, portfolio analysis, financial modelling, and risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and analyse financial data using tools such as Bloomberg, Yahoo Finance, Benzinga, and other financial research platforms.
- Research companies, industries, market trends, economic conditions, and competitive landscapes.
- Collect financial ratios, comparable company metrics (comps), and other data required for investment analysis.
- Maintain, update, and verify financial datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Build and maintain Excel dashboards and financial reports.
- Analyse historical market trends and financial performance.
- Review balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Analyse financial metrics to support investment and business decisions.
- Assist in developing financial models to forecast future performance.
- Support portfolio analysis and track portfolio performance against relevant benchmarks.




- Assist in identifying potential business, investment, and portfolio risks.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and summary materials for senior management.
- Use Microsoft Excel and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools to support data analysis and research.
- Provide clear and actionable insights based on financial and market research.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree pursuing or completed in Finance, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Basic understanding of financial markets, investments, and financial statements.
- Familiarity with financial research platforms such as Bloomberg, Yahoo Finance, Benzinga, or similar tools is preferred.
- Understanding of data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modelling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and maintain high attention to detail

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
