Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day inventory activities at the seed processing plant.
- Maintain accurate records of raw seed, processed seed, finished seed, packaging material, and consumables.
- Monitor inward and outward movement of materials and finished products.
- Maintain proper lot/batch-wise inventory records and ensure traceability.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Sales, and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure availability of required raw materials and packaging materials for production.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
- Identify and report stock shortages, excesses, damages, and discrepancies.
- Monitor stock aging and ensure proper movement of older stock as per company procedures.
- Maintain proper storage conditions and systematic arrangement of seed lots.




- Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and identification of inventory.
- Maintain records of seed processing, packing, transfers, returns, and dispatches.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Update inventory records in ERP/software and MS Excel.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; qualification in Agriculture, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations will be preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in inventory/warehouse management, preferably in a seed, agriculture
- Good understanding of stock management and reconciliation.
- Experience with lot/batch-wise inventory management is preferred.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/inventory software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
