INVENTOR MODELER – FAÇADE

Enveetech BIM Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Façade Design & BIM team in Kochi and is looking for talented and motivated professionals to join our growing team.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking Inventor Modelers – Façade to develop accurate 3D models and detailed drawings for façade systems, including curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and associated components.

The role involves working closely with design and engineering teams to deliver technically accurate, coordinated, and fabrication-ready façade solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop detailed 3D façade models using Autodesk Inventor.
- Prepare Fabrication drawing and installation drawings .
- Model Aluminium & glazing system (Stick-CW, Semi-UCW, UCW , Cladding ) and related façade components.
- Generate quantities, schedules, and material take-offs from 3D models.
- Ensure models and drawings comply with project specifications, design intent, and industry standards .
- Incorporate RFIs, design revisions,



and project changes into models and drawings.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate project deliverables.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, or a relevant discipline.
- Hands-on experience or knowledge of Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD .
- Understanding of façade systems, components, and detailing is preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.

EXPERIENCE Senior Inventor Modeler: 4+ years

Junior Inventor Modeler: 1–2 years

Trainee Inventor Modeler: Freshers
