Job Title: Inventory Executive
Job Summary:
The Inventory Executive is responsible for overseeing inventory management processes, maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring stock movement, and ensuring optimal inventory levels. The role requires coordination with procurement, warehouse, sales, and logistics teams to support efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/inventory management system.
- Track stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliations.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare inventory reports, stock aging reports, and performance metrics.
- Conduct periodic physical stock counts and cycle counts.
- Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to maintain optimal stock availability.
- Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged inventory and recommend corrective actions.
- Support audits by providing inventory documentation and reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of stock transfers, returns, and adjustments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of inventory control techniques and warehouse operations.
- Experience with barcode/RFID systems.
- Ability to analyze inventory data and generate reports.
- Understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Inventory accuracy percentage.
- Stock availability and fill rate.
- Inventory turnover ratio.
- Reduction in stock discrepancies.
- Timely completion of stock audits.
- Minimized stock losses and shrinkage.
Pay: ₹10,024.46 - ₹32,599.73 per month
