Role Description The Internship - Sales and Marketing role at Saproh Private Limited is an on-site position based in Patna. Interns will support the sales and marketing team by identifying potential clients, assisting with lead generation, and participating in client outreach activities.

Daily responsibilities include communicating with prospects, helping prepare presentations and proposals, and supporting the execution of marketing campaigns. Interns may assist with customer follow-ups, data entry, and maintaining records in CRM tools, as well as gathering feedback to improve service offerings.



This internship provides practical exposure to sales processes, marketing activities, and client relationship management within a growing IT solutions company.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written interaction with clients and team members.
- Customer Service and client relationship skills to support inquiries, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
- Interest or foundational skills in Sales and Sales Management, including lead follow-up and pipeline support.
- Ability to participate in Training activities, learn products and services quickly, and apply knowledge in client conversations.
- Motivation to build a career in sales and marketing, preferably in IT or digital solutions.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and comfort working with digital tools (e.g., email, CRM, spreadsheets).
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work responsibly in an on-site team environment in Patna.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is an advantage.
