US Voice Process Executive Mortgage Lead Generation

Job Summary

We are looking for US Voice Process Executives for our Mortgage Lead Generation team. Candidates will work on mortgage survey forms received from U.S. prospects, verify and qualify the leads over calls, and process qualified leads for the U.S. Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and review mortgage survey forms and lead information.
- Make outbound calls to U.S.-based prospects.
- Verify lead details and understand customer requirements.
- Qualify leads based on the defined criteria.
- Update and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM/system.
- Process and hand over qualified leads to the U.S. Sales Team.
- Handle basic queries and objections professionally.




- Achieve assigned calling and lead-processing targets.

Requirements

- 1.5–2 years of experience in U.S. voice, international BPO, lead generation, telesales, or telecalling.
- Excellent spoken English and good communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based customers.
- Solid listening, probing, and lead-qualification skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working night shifts.
- Mortgage/financial services experience will be an added advantage.

Note: This is a U.S. Mortgage Lead Processing & Voice Process role focused on qualifying survey leads and handing over sales-ready leads to the sales team.
