Key Responsibilities

- Client Consultation: Understand customer preferences, budgets, and travel goals to recommend ideal destinations.

- Package Customization: Design tailored tour itineraries, including flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transfers.

- Sales & Conversion: Achieve monthly sales targets via inbound/outbound calls, digital leads, or chat.

- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with airlines, hoteliers, and local ground operators to ensure smooth service execution.

- Post-Sales Support: Handle documentation, follow-ups, payment collections, and emergency assistance during client trips.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 2 to 5 years in travel sales, tourism, or hospitality.

- Core Skills: Destination knowledge (domestic/international), itinerary planning, negotiation, and CRM software handling.

- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive selling abilities.

- Tech Requirements: For remote/work-from-home roles (like those offered by MakeMyTrip), a working laptop, secure internet connection, and smartphone are usually required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
