Job Summary

Handle US healthcare voice calls and support healthcare providers with patient coordination, documentation, referrals, appointments, faxes, lab reports, and EHR/EMR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle patient calls and appointment coordination.
- Manage referrals, follow-ups, and patient inquiries.
- Review and maintain accurate patient records.
- Process faxes, lab reports, prior authorizations, and chart preparation.
- Verify documentation and identify discrepancies.
- Assign and encode billing codes as per guidelines.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and documentation accuracy.




- Coordinate with healthcare professionals for smooth workflow.

Key Competencies
- Excellent English communication; US Accent is an advantage.
- Healthcare back-office/US voice process experience preferred.
- Knowledge of EHR/EMR and MS Office.
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM with accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience
- Healthcare/medical back-office experience.
- Prior US shift experience preferred.
