Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Hotel Management Executive to join our hospitality team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage hotel operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of guest service.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, and other departments.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
- Supervise and motivate hotel staff to achieve operational goals.
- Monitor room occupancy, reservations, check-in, and check-out procedures.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and Dubai hospitality standards.
- Assist with budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
- Prepare operational reports and provide updates to senior management.
- Support staff training and development.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for guests.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.




- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality operations is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and basic computer applications.
- Good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional appearance and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Previous experience in the UAE/GCC hospitality industry will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills
- Excellent guest relations and communication skills.
- Team management and leadership.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and procedures.
- Additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or other commonly spoken languages are an advantage.
