Job Summary We are seeking a International Inside Sales to handle customer calls, support lead generation and follow-ups across our North East and West India and assist the customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers for lead generation and order follow-up Handle customer queries regarding products, pricing, order status, and after-sales support Coordinate with the sales and CRM team to update call outcomes and customer data in the CRM/tracking system Schedule follow-up calls and appointments . Maintain call logs, daily reports, and lead status trackers Escalate unresolved complaints or technical queries to the concerned department Support multilingual communication with customers across different Indian zones (Hindi/regional language skills a plus)



Requirements Any Bachelor's degree; freshers with good communication skills may apply 0-2 years of experience in a voice process, telecalling, or inside sales role (BPO/manufacturing/B2B experience preferred) Explicit, confident verbal communication in English, Tamil, and Hindi (additional regional languages a plus) Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools, email) Patient, persuasive, and target-driven attitude Ability to handle high call volumes and follow structured scripts/pitches *

Location : Vin Nagar, Trichy

Based on performance and skill assessment, the role will be assigned , incentive bonus will be provide based on your performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
