About the Role:

We are seeking skilled and motivated technical customer support associates to join our team in Gurgaon, supporting our international technical support account. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to our global customer base, resolving their technical issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate

Experience: Minimum 6 months mandatory BFSI experience

Typing Speed: Minimum 40 WPM

Chat Handling:



Ability to manage more than 2 concurrent chats

Communication: Excellent English (Verbal & Written)

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via chat professionally and efficiently

Manage multiple live chats simultaneously

Provide accurate information related to financial products/services

Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality compliance

Meet defined KPIs and productivity metrics
