Steps to Follow Upon Reaching the Office

Call/whatsapp HR Shikta upon reaching, before registration.

1. Proceed to the Candidate Registration Desk.
2. Scan the Recruitment ARC QR Code.
3. Fill in the Candidate Registration Form with your personal details.

4. Under Primary Source, select Recruitment ARC. 5. Under Specific Source, enter Shikta Shriya (ARC Code: 167).

1. Wait in the designated interview area until your name is called for the interview.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Education: PUC (12th Pass), 3-Year Diploma, Undergraduate, or Graduate (any stream).
2. Freshers & experienced both are eligible
3. Non-BPO (other domain) work experience will also be considered.
4. Strong verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
5. Age Criteria - 18 - 33 years max

Salary 16,000 19,000/month + Performance Bonus
