Role & responsibilities

We seek a confident, charismatic and relationship-oriented professional to represent the company before clients in India and overseas.

This is not a digital-marketing or desk-sales position. It suits someone who enjoys meeting people, opening doors, building trust and converting relationships into business.

The candidate will approach buyers, secure meetings, develop relationships and generate orders. The role will eventually involve 30-60 days of international travel annually, including the USA, Europe, Australia and other markets.

No technical or industry experience is required. Training will be provided.

The roles & responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Identify and approach prospective clients
- Reach decision-makers and secure meetings
- Represent the company professionally
- Develop long-term buyer relationships
- Understand client requirements
- Conduct calls, video and personal meetings
- Follow up persistently and tactfully
- Attend buyer meetings and exhibitions




- Maintain organised lead records
- Convert opportunities into business

Preferred candidate profile We seek someone who has a natural flair of socialising with people, making current friends, turning business into a social affair, etc. in order to open doors that take other people a long time to open.

We expect someone who is:

- Charismatic, persuasive and socially confident
- Comfortable approaching unfamiliar people
- Able to reach decision-makers
- Skilled at turning cold introductions into warm relationships
- Personable and persistent without being aggressive
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Professionally presented with excellent business etiquette
- Independent, organised and disciplined
- Willing to travel internationally for 3060 days annually
- Holds, or is willing to obtain, a valid passport and visas
- Can represent the company across different cultures
