nJoin NES Fircroft as an Internal Auditor within our Internal Audit & Assurance team based in Bengaluru, India. This is an exciting opportunity for an audit professional looking to develop their career within a truly international business, gaining exposure to global operations, risk management practices, and governance frameworks.

nReporting to the Internal Audit Manager in Bengaluru and supporting the wider Internal Audit & Assurance function based in Manchester, UK, you will play a key role in delivering assurance activities that enhance business performance, strengthen controls, and support effective risk management across the organisation.

nWhat You'll Be Doing ?✅

nInternal Audit Delivery: Execute internal audit reviews, testing programmes, and monitoring activities aligned to the annual internal audit plan.

nRisk & Control Assessment: Evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls, identifying areas for improvement across processes, systems, and governance frameworks.

nAudit Planning: Prepare risk-based audit plans that align with business objectives, audit scope, and organisational priorities.

nAudit Reporting: Document audit evidence, findings, observations, and recommendations in a clear, concise, and professional manner.

nStakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders and colleagues across multiple functions to discuss audit outcomes and support continuous improvement.

nAction Tracking: Monitor agreed management actions and audit findings through to closure, ensuring timely implementation of corrective measures.

nRisk Management Support: Provide guidance and insight on risk management, compliance, and control-related matters across the organisation.

nContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness, strengthen governance, and improve control environments.

nSpecial Projects & Investigations: Support assurance reviews, investigations,



and other projects as assigned by the Internal Audit leadership team.

nProfessional Ownership: Take responsibility for assigned audit activities, delivering high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision.

nWhat We're Looking For ?

nEducational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

nAudit Experience: Minimum 12 months of progressive experience within Internal Audit, Assurance, Risk, Compliance, or related functions.

nProfessional Qualifications: Currently studying towards or actively pursuing a recognised qualification such as CIA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.

nBig Four Exposure: Previous experience within a Big Four skilled services environment is advantageous.

nAudit Methodology Knowledge: Understanding of internal audit practices, risk management principles, governance frameworks, and internal controls.





nAnalytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and sound professional judgement.

nCommunication Skills: Ability to present findings, recommendations, and audit outcomes clearly and confidently to stakeholders.

nRelationship Building: Comfortable working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders across different teams and geographies.

nTechnical Capability: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with familiarity in audit management tools and data analytics solutions considered beneficial.

nProfessional Integrity: Demonstrates strong ethics, objectivity, confidentiality, and commitment to high professional standards.
