About the Role

Jairaj Group is looking for a Documentation Intern to support our documentation, compliance, and day-to-day administrative processes across our office and food processing plant.

This is a hands-on opportunity for students/recent graduates who want to gain practical exposure to food industry documentation, compliance records, SOPs, quality documentation, data management, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing, organizing, updating, and maintaining company documentation.
- Support the team in maintaining SOPs, formats, checklists, records, and compliance documents.
- Maintain proper physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist in data entry, documentation tracking, and record management.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect required documents and information.
- Support documentation related to quality, food safety, audits, and compliance.
- Ensure documents are properly updated, indexed, and readily available when required.
- Assist in preparing reports, trackers, and documentation status sheets.
- Perform other documentation and administrative tasks as assigned.

Eligibility





- Bachelor's degree / pursuing Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Candidates from B.Sc., Food Science, Food Technology, Management, BCA, Commerce, Arts, or other disciplines are welcome to apply.
- Freshers and students looking for practical industry exposure are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and basic computer skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work from Monday to Saturday is mandatory.
