Position: Interior Site Supervisor

Experience: 2–5 years in interior execution

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily interior site activities and labour

Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, gypsum and other contractors

Read and understand 2D drawings, working drawings and shop drawings

Ensure work is executed as per drawings, measurements and specifications

Check material quality and quantity at site

Coordinate with designers, project managers and clients

Monitor project progress and daily work schedules

Prepare daily site updates and report issues

Ensure proper finishing and quality control

Coordinate measurements and work completion for billing

Maintain site safety and cleanliness

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of interior site supervision experience

Positive knowledge of modular kitchen, wardrobe, false ceiling, furniture and finishing works

Ability to understand drawings and measurements

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage workers and subcontractors

Willingness to travel to project sites
