We are looking for an experienced Interior Factory Manager to oversee factory operations, production planning, quality control, and team management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and manage daily factory production activities.
- Prepare production schedules and ensure timely project completion.
- Supervise and manage factory staff and production teams.
- Monitor production quality and maintain required standards.
- Coordinate material requirements and control material wastage.
- Coordinate with designers, site teams, vendors, and project managers.
- Ensure production follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor machinery and equipment and coordinate maintenance when required.
- Track production progress and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure finished products are completed and dispatched on time.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an interior manufacturing/factory setting.
- Strong knowledge of production planning and factory operations.
- Ability to manage materials, production schedules, and timely project delivery.
- Good team management and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
