We're Hiring | Interior Designer – Luxury Residential Project | Gurgaon

At Schnell Builders, every project is a statement — a blend of design, precision, and premium craft. With a strong legacy in EPC and construction across India, we are now shaping ultra-luxury residential spaces in Gurgaon, and looking to grow our design team.

We are looking for a driven Interior Designer who brings creativity, precision, and a sharp eye for luxury aesthetics.

? The Role

This is an on-ground, high-ownership role where your work directly shapes the design language of an ultra-luxury residential project. You will work closely with senior architects, 3D visualisers, and the leadership team.

? What You'll Do

- Develop concept themes, mood boards, and material palettes for residences and common areas
- Assist in FF&E; selection for lobbies, clubhouse, and show apartments
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings, GFC sets, and interior detail drawings
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and site teams for execution
- Conduct site visits to ensure finish quality and design intent is maintained
- Support BOQ preparation, vendor coordination,



and specification documentation

? What We're Looking For

- Degree / Diploma in Interior Design from a recognised institution
- 4-6 years of experience in a design firm, architecture studio, or real estate developer
- Strong AutoCAD skills (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of SketchUp / 3ds Max / Enscape
- A portfolio that reflects a sensitivity to premium or luxury aesthetics
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a team-oriented fast-paced environment
