Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.

- Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, furniture layouts, and detailed drawings.

- Create and present design concepts, mood boards, material selections, and colour schemes.

- Prepare 3D views/renderings and design presentations.

- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

- Visit project sites to monitor execution and ensure designs are implemented correctly.

- Select and coordinate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories.

- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and assist with cost estimation when required.

- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed quality, design, and timeline requirements.

- Resolve design and execution-related issues at the site in coordination with the project team.

- Maintain proper documentation and drawings throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- 25 years of relevant experience in interior design.





- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/V-Ray, Revit, Photoshop, or similar design software.

- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior detailing.

- Strong understanding of working drawings and site execution.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Solid attention to detail with a creative approach to design.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or corporate interiors will be an advantage.

- Candidates with good site coordination and execution experience will be preferred.

- Should be proactive, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
