Role Description This is a full-time Interior Designer role based in Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

The Interior

Designer will develop design concepts, prepare mood boards, and translate client requirements into functional and visually engaging spaces. Daily responsibilities include space planning, selecting materials and FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), preparing drawings and documentation, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors. The role involves site visits to review progress, ensure design quality, and make necessary adjustments during construction.

The Interior





Designer will also participate in client presentations, manage timelines for design deliverables, and support budgeting and sourcing activities.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create functional, aesthetically pleasing layouts.
- Knowledge of Architecture principles and experience interpreting or collaborating on Construction Drawings.
- Experience with FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes appropriate for various project types.
- Competence in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic presentation tools.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present concepts and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Prior experience in event spaces, residential, or commercial interiors in Mumbai or similar markets is an advantage.
