KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in developing floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations and sections under the guidance of senior designers.
- Prepare working drawings and construction details in AutoCAD as per studio standards.
- Build 3D models and renders in SketchUp for design presentations and client walkthroughs.
- Support material and finish boards, mood boards and presentation decks for client meetings.
- Maintain drawing registers, revision logs and folder structures as per the studio's project management system.
- Coordinate with vendors and site teams for basic measurements, sampling and follow ups under supervision.
- Attend client and internal review meetings and accurately record minutes of meeting.
- Support the design team with day to day documentation, checklists and selections tracking.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
- A design portfolio showing academic or live project work, residential preferred.
- Working knowledge of design fundamentals: scale, proportion, materiality and spatial planning.




- Willingness to travel for site visits within Mumbai and occasionally to other cities.
- High attention to detail and a genuine interest in learning studio level drafting and detailing standards.

SOFTWARE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

- AutoCAD (working knowledge of 2D drafting, layers and dimensioning).
- SketchUp (basic to intermediate modelling and rendering).
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and presentations.
- Exposure to Lumion, V-Ray or Photoshop is an advantage but not mandatory.

BEHAVIOURAL & SOFT SKILLS

- Willingness to learn and take structured feedback well.
- Valuable verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work in a small, fast paced team and manage multiple small tasks at once.
- Punctuality and reliability, since site coordination depends on it.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
